Policies

If you order at my Etsy shop (www.etsy.com/shop/BeadsByKatrina), I accept PayPal, credit cards, Etsy gift cards, and money orders. If you email me, you will be billed through PayPal invoicing where you can then pay with your PayPal account or credit card. 6.5% sales tax is applicable to all Florida customers

Items will be shipped after payment is received and custom orders must be paid before I can make them.

Shipping

All items come in branded matte black boxes perfect for gift giving. If your order is small, your items will be shipped in a bubble envelope. If you order larger quantities, your item will come carefully wrapped in a box. Beads by Katrina uses USPS and items generally take 3-5 days within the United States and include tracking. International orders generally take at least 6-10 days. In addition, you may be responsible for a customs/duty fee imposed by your country upon delivery.

My hope is that you will be happy with your purchase and that it exceeds expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let me know within 48 hours of receiving. I will issue a full refund minus return shipping as soon as I receive the items back.
Sizing Issue: If you have told me the size of your wrist and the bracelet is not an exact fit, you can send it back and I will resize the bracelet for free but you must pay the shipping costs.
